Principal Founder, I’llgo2!

Jamie Grady has worked in the performing arts industry for over twenty-five years. Most recently Jamie was the Development Director for the New Jersey Ballet in Livingston, New Jersey. Prior to this position Jamie served as the Director of the Institute for Arts and Culture at Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA. In this role Jamie was responsible for overseeing the D’Angelo Performing Arts Center as well as heading up an undergraduate arts management degree program. While living in Wellington, New Zealand he had the opportunity to work with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra serving as their national fundraising manager. Jamie's career began in professional nonprofit theatre eventually serving as managing director for Actor's Express in Atlanta, GA and the Hangar Theatre in Ithaca, NY. As an academic Jamie has taught at Ithaca College and Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pa. He is the author of "A Simple Statement, A Guide to Nonprofit Arts Management and Leadership" and "Actor, Inc., How to Get the Next Gig - and Still Pay the Rent". He is the author of many articles and is a frequent speaker on arts marketing, audience development, and emerging technologies.
