Cynthia Armour has advised charities and other nonprofits' boards and senior staff for the past 31 years. With an ongoing commitment to lifelong learning and inspired by her work with more than 200 leadership teams, she's honed her expertise as a facilitator, trainer and coach in strategic and succession planning, governance and fund development. Cynthia holds an honours certificate from York University's Voluntary Sector Leadership Program formerly offered through the Schulich School of Business and has recently graduated from both Third Sector Company's "Board Chairs" and "Interim Executives" Academies. She received her Certified FundRaising Executive (CFRE) designation in 1995 and has met strict recertification criteria every three years since.
