Managing Director, Palo Alto Players
Elizabeth Santana is the Managing Director at Palo Alto Players, a non-profit theatre company in the Bay Area that will be celebrating 90 years in 2021. She oversees strategic planning, marketing, finance, board development and fund development. Mrs. Santana has over ten years of leadership experience in both the nonprofit and corporate sector. Prior to joining Palo Alto Players, she worked at Google providing administrative support, managing events, and leading communications in the legal department. She has also held positions at Opera San Jose, Children’s Musical Theatre San Jose, and was an associate producer for RWS Entertainment Group in New York City. She is a recent graduate of the Center For Excellence in Non-profits Leadership Institute and Leadership Palo Alto Class of 2019.
