When he founded Impact Arts Events Group in 1989, he drew upon an extraordinary range of experience, working on almost every type of event imaginable — from a corporate meetings for four-hundred managers to large festivals, sports and non-profit events in major cities, including New York, Boston and Chicago.

Steve's passion for event creation and development is fueled by the company's motto, coined at its inception: Energetic Expertise. Steve is an idea entrepreneur, who brings professional and technical expertise along with plenty of creative energy to every event.

Since the company's inception, Impact Arts Events Group has diversified to include event marketing, mobile marketing, sponsorship development, and cause-related event-branding.

Working with artists from around the world, Steve has also produced CDs for Sugar Hill Records and promoted international concert tours and festivals featuring artists from the US, Russia, India and the UK.

Steve's background and first love is the arts and technical theater. "You can't manage people and events if you haven't already done the work yourself".

Steve's host of experiences working in the event industry gives him the background to understand all facets of the business. Starting in 1980, Steve worked for the Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs in Boston. He then worked at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City and came back to Boston to manage Concerts on the Common in the mid 1980s. In the late 1980s Steve managed events at Killington Ski Resort. In the 1990s he produced Celebrate Brooklyn and World Fest. Since then he's created and produced dozens of festivals, events and corporate meetings in major US Cities.
