Kyle Sircus is Director of Marketing at Playwrights Horizons, the celebrated Off Broadway producer of new plays and musicals by American writers. In this capacity, he oversees the marketing, communications, audience engagement, and customer service efforts for the Pulitzer Prize-winning nonprofit. Prior to moving to New York City, he served as Marketing Manager at Berkeley Repertory Theatre, a position created especially for him. There, Kyle’s accomplishments include managing major partnerships with community organizations and media outlets (including the San Francisco Chronicle), strengthening the company’s digital and audience engagement strategies, and overseeing all media relations for the pre-Broadway run of No Man’s Land starring Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart. A frequent speaker at industry conferences, Kyle has given presentations on marketing and audience development strategies at conferences for Tessitura, ArtsReach, Opera America, Theatre Development Fund/HowlRound, Capacity Interactive, and Situation Interactive.
