Pamela Gabriel

Pamela Gabriel is a Vice President; Community Relations Manager for Bank of America. In her role, she delivers the bank’s environmental, social and governance commitments for the Los Angeles market by identifying, building, and maintaining community partnerships. She is responsible for implementing the Bank of America Charitable Foundation strategies in support of nonprofit organizations that reflect local priorities and focus on impacting underserved Communities.

Pamela brings with her 18 years of career expertise in finance with experience in Consumer, Global Commercial Banking, Enterprise Client Coverage and Credit Lending. From being in the top 2% of all managers in Consumer to receiving the Top Performer Awards each quarter during her time in Business Banking, she continuously strives to be the best for her team. She was previously Series 7 and 66 licensed and has been through the formal Bank of America Credit Training Program.

During her time in Los Angeles, she was instrumental in kicking off the second IGEN Chapter in the US, focusing on inter-generational diversity. During this time she served as the Social Media Coach to California State Market President, Janet Lamkin. Pamela continues to support our intergenerational diversity initiatives as the grants liaison for IGEN at the enterprise level.

In addition to leading internally at Bank of America, Pamela is also a leader in the community. She currently serves on the Leadership Council for A Place Called Home in Los Angeles. Alumni for Leadership San Francisco, Class of 2013 through the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce and served as a panelist for the Chambers Job Forum. Former member of the United Way Emerging Leaders Steering Committee and mentors at-risk youth for California Community Partners for Youth.

Born and raised in California, Pamela graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrating her studies in Marketing.
