Maria Kolby-Wolfe

Major Gift Officer, Campaign, SEATTLE SYMPHONY

Maria Kolby-Wolfe recently joined the Seattle Symphony Orchestra as their Major Gift Officer, Campaign. She moved to the Symphony from her role as the first Director of Development for Path with Art, a small arts and social justice organization that brings the power of arts engagement to people in Seattle struggling to overcome homelessness, addiction, and other trauma. Prior to her work at Path with Art, Maria was Director of Development for ACT Theatre.  Maria has also held positions at the Museum of Popular Culture (formerly EMP Museum), Swedish Medical Center Foundation, and the Tony-award winning, Signature Theatre in Virginia.  She is a co-chair on the Fundraising for the Arts Task Force, serves on the outreach committee for Cultural Access Washington (CAWA) and Access for All, and sits on the Executive Board for TeamChild, a social justice organization dedicated to severing the school-to-prison pipeline. When not trying to beautify or save the world Maria can usually be found at home in her kitchen, attempting to make the world more delicious!
